Rubicon Technologies is a sourcing desk in Asia for European and US companies. It exists so that a company in Europe or the United States can buy from Asian supply chains with the same confidence it has buying at home.

No two briefs are alike, so there is no standard package. Each engagement is scoped to the client's requirement, market and timeline, and priced against that scope.
A dedicated service team
Every client has a dedicated service team: one lead who owns the relationship, backed by specialists in the regions and supply categories the brief calls for. The team works in the supplier's language and time zone and reports in the client's.
How an engagement runs
- Brief. We turn your requirement into a specification suppliers can quote against.
- Search. Trade shows, factory floors and our own network across Asia.
- Qualify. Samples, evidence and site visits before any commitment.
- Negotiate. Price, minimum order, payment terms and lead times, agreed in the supplier's language.
- Deliver. Orders followed through and issues handled where they arise.
Most work is retained: one desk, one team, for the life of a programme. Single sourcing projects are welcome.
